Job Description

The Business Development Manager (Digital Services) will be responsible for driving the growth of our digital services portfolio. This role involves identifying new business opportunities, building strategic partnerships, and promoting our digital solutions to potential clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and marketing within the digital services sector.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Digital Service – The candidate should have a strong understanding of the following digital services:
    • Search Engine Optimization (SEO), Social Media Marketing (SMM), ​Pay-Per-Click (PPC) & Google Ad​ and Web Development
  1. Lead Generation and Sales:
    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the digital services market.
    • Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline to achieve revenue targets.
    • Conduct market research to identify trends and customer needs.
  1. Client Relationship Management:
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
    • Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to showcase our digital solutions.
    • Negotiate contracts and agreements to secure profitable deals.
  2. Strategic Planning:
    • Collaborate with marketing teams to develop strategies for promoting digital services.
    • Analyze competitive landscape to inform business strategies and positioning.
    • Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and presentations for senior management.
  3. Collaboration and Teamwork:
    • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support.
    • Provide feedback from clients to improve service offerings and customer satisfaction.
    • Mentor junior team members and contribute to a positive team environment.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in digital services or technology.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, SaaS solutions, or related technologies.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Skills

  • Proficiency in CRM and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and market trends.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • High level of initiative, creativity, and problem-solving skills.
